Campers will learn general bike skills, bike safety, park etiquette and cycling, mountain bike and BMX vocabulary. Once campers have mastered the basics, our instructors will move them onto learning intermediate skills.
*Your child must be able to ride a bike on their own in order to attend class. If you would like “learn to ride” lessons for your child, we offer private lessons. Contact Mike@thewheelmill.com to book.
Intermediate Camp will continue where our camp leaves off. We will start with a refresher of the basics and continue on through intermediate skills until they are mastered. From there, we will move onto advanced skills.
Campers must have completed a week of camp or have approval from camp director. Email Mike@thewheelmill.com to check if this camp is right for your rider.
Advanced Camp is for the kind of rider that loves to ride and never stops! It’s an intermediate to expert level camp where riders will have the freedom to grow the skills that they choose. Instructors will help campers set goals for themselves and show them the proper steps to achieve those goals.
