Summer Camp Hours Due to summer camp, July 21st-25th and July 28th-August 1st we will be open from 4-10pm.
Our camps are a week long morning and/or afternoon bicycling camp to encompass all forms and skill level of cycling. Taught by local professions for students from 8-17 years old. The camp includes 2 hours of instruction per day and 1 hour of practice over seen by the instructor. Campers may stay after to ride and practice on their own complimentary (Unless they are 7 and under). We will be offering 4 weeks that under 8 year old’s are welcome to the camp. Weeks 1-4 morning shred will allow riders of any age as long as they are able to ride a bike and listen well.
Campers will learn general knowledge of bike safety, bike maintenance, park etiquette and cycling/stunt vocabulary. Campers will better their basic riding skills of pump, balance, speed control, jump, ride over, and stopping. Once campers have mastered the basics, our instructors will move them onto learning new tricks, riding new ramps, and working on their freestyle foundations.
We will be offering 7 weeks of summer camps for 2014. Each week has a morning (9am-12pm) and an afternoon (1pm-4pm) session. If you are new to The Wheel Mill, a completed waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian before the beginning of summer camp. If a parent or guardian is not present the waiver must be notarized. OTHER ADULTS CANNOT SIGN FOR SOMEONE ELSE’S CHILD. Click this link for a downloadable waiver.

Bring whatever makes you comfortable but here is a list of some must haves:

If you don’t own a bike, helmet, and/or pads we offer a limited amount of rentals for campers. For the week, bikes are $60, helmets are $25, and pads are $25.
We offer a wide variety of snacks and drinks. If your camper does not pack food, we recommend you putting money on their account to buy from our shop.
